My data is missing
Data is stored on your device and, if iCloud is turned on for ChildArc, synced through your iCloud account. Make sure you are signed in to the same iCloud account on all your devices, and that iCloud is turned on for ChildArc in the device’s Settings.
The percentiles differ from my doctor’s
ChildArc uses the US CDC growth charts. Your doctor may use other charts, such as the WHO charts, so percentiles can differ slightly. On any chart, what matters is a steady curve.
ChildArc Plus
A one-time purchase, with no subscription, that adds charts explained, the growth rate, several children and reminders. It is shared with your Family Sharing group. On a new device it turns on by itself; otherwise, tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings → ChildArc Plus. For a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Inches or centimeters?
Settings → Units. Records are kept as they are: changing units only changes how they are displayed.
